What does the application cost?
RentSpree charges a standard application fee at submission. You will see the exact amount before you pay.
What do you screen for?
Credit, rental history, income verification, and a standard background check. We look at each application as a whole, not any single number.
Do you allow pets?
Most of our communities are pet friendly with a deposit and monthly pet rent. Reach out for specifics on your property.
Can I have a co-signer or guarantor?
Yes, in some cases we can accept a qualified guarantor. Let us know in the application and we will work with you.
